Being the garment of the season has many good things, but also requires some chameleonic ability to not saturate when it has just started.
Many, but many garments and trends run from time to time as candidates for the hit of the season, that is, a frenzied search for virality that will transform them into ubiquitous. Not all of them succeed because, leaving aside the motives of practicality, mainstreamtaste of the moment and accessibility, they have to treasure a certain versatility. Otherwise, the consequence will be saturating the view in just a few weeks, something that this autumn-winter could be living the plaid blazer. What in September seemed like a gamble now has become the most absolute of realities: these jackets are everywhere and even have built around their own uniform. However, is there a possibility of wearing them without falling into the universal look?
Before we continue, let's clarify: we love the combo blazer combo + jeansmore than you can imagine. Really. The elaboration of the gallery was accompanied by numerous sighs to combine a slight simplicity with a thousand and one vocations . It is official and perfect. But from time to time the body and the vision ask for alternatives that give the duo a break and, in addition, guide the American by other equally interesting paths. And, for the moment, we have found five that can work better than good.

    With jeans... and with dress

Perhaps it seems a risky option to upgrade the jeans + jacket , but the truth is that it's all about playing with the length of the dress : a mini that mimics with a special blouse will make the formula more affordable, while the midi (or asymmetrical) will provide a patina of drama.

    Like dress

Here one of the most popular options to wear the American and one of the most viral clothes in the collection of Zara. When the jacket is long enough, it has double-breasted, not too steep neckline and the option of adding a belt (or belt) that adjusts the silhouette, is even obvious (but not less palatable).

    With sweatpants

We said that grunge was like energy, neither created nor destroyed, and it seems that the athleisure follows its wake. Now that the manual dicks (which we love) want to get the street style, a few rebels continue the adventure of sports with slightly baggy pants that subtract classicism to the jacket.

With waistband and more plades (not coordinated)

Yes, the jacket suits are worn. And a lot. But one can be unmarked by combining different prints that, despite maintaining the plot, change size and color to lighten the resulting as much as a special (band) waistband that will be placed at the waist.

    XXL, but do not oversize

Although the silhouettes have widened in length and width, you can only seek to conquer your calves, as Christine Centenera: using it as a coat instead of as a jacket itself will not always be possible and, therefore, the options of epatar are greater.

Pay attention to these recommendations if your holidays start at an airport.

The choice of our looks can depend on many things, including our tastes, our mood or our plans. Because it is not the same dress for a work meeting as for a party with friends or to make a trip. And, in the latter case, it is crucial to choose the clothes that we will put in the suitcase, but also the ones we will wear when traveling. For example, if you are going to go through an airport because, even if you do not believe it, this could avoid security problems and therefore, unnecessary dislikes (can you imagine missing a flight for a mistake when choosing your look?). These are the 'forbidden' garments for your airport looks. Take note!

    Bracelets, necklaces and metal rings

Less is more, especially if we are talking about an airport look. Leave the accessories for another occasion (although they are of maximum tendency). We know that this year the bracelets and necklaces are in multiple versions, and also the XL earrings, but take them better in the suitcase and bring them to your destination. They could pitante you in control, have to take them off and then maybe lose them. And we do not want to take that risk.

    Pants 'cargo' or similar

Cargo type pants are one of the less friendly garments in airports because they have many pockets . Sometimes a wrench, a lighter, a fork, or any other metal thing can blow the detector and cause you more than one problem. So you know, better avoid them, even if they are of the highest tendency.

    'Maxidresses' or skirts

We know that they are a great option for your comfort, but not the most practical if you are traveling by plane. Avoid them, or you'll risk security agents suspecting that you can carry something hidden underneath and have to bury you. Instead, wear clothing that is more attached to your body, such as jeans or leggings, and you will avoid that problem.

    Forks

This year they have become the real protagonists of our hairstyles. But no, they are not good traveling companions if you have to do it by plane, so forget about them in that case. And is that, if you have many, they are likely to blow the alarm of the metal detector and this will waste your time. And in an airport, the time is gold if we do not want to miss our flight.

    Belts

If the forks or the keys hidden in a pocket can give you problems, the same happens with the belt buckles. Yeah, we know they take it. Yes, we know that the XL versions are the most. But no, they are not a good traveling companion, at least when traveling. Keep it in the suitcase and show it off with your favorite jeans or dresses when you get to your destination; or over your blazers and coats, one of the fashionable gestures of autumn. And, if you insist on taking it, remove it before passing the control (it will whistle in the bow).

    Boots or shoes with wedge

Following the same logic as with maxivestidos or hats, boots and shoes with thick soles are not well received in a security control. If you count on having to take them off and you do not care, go ahead. Of course, have the foresight to wear decent socks and locates (or asks) the bags that will lend you at the airport to avoid being barefoot.

    Headwear

Caps, hats... Any item in which you can hide something can raise suspicion. So, if you want to wear your favorite beret, do it, but hand in hand (and put it on a security control tray), do not wear it when you pass through the bow.

In this season several trends are imposed. From ultra-feminine prints, with boleros and washers, to blocks of color and geometric shapes.

    Colors and prints

Striking tones such as coral, burnt orange, fiery red and navy blue stand out on the skin; proposals such as maxi flowers coordinated with stripes and prints of botanical inspiration stand out, which in the case of Touché are printed on neat silhouettes and minimalist shapes.

The intense palette contrasts with a more nostalgic opaque tones such as terracotta, garnet, aubergine and mauve. In Maaji incorporate these color ranges in their prints.

    Retro and very feminine

Silhouettes echoing the fifties and sixties, the bottom of the bikinis reaches the waistline - as seen in the Green Lemon proposal.

The enterizos are becoming more prominent and companies such as Touché print a romantic spirit "with large boleros with a carnival appearance, a dramatic sensation and a silhouette created to be seen".

    Flower power

Structured cuts in pieces that favor the silhouette and a balance between the print and the color that highlights each part of the body will be seen in the proposal that AWA will present at the fashion fair in Medellín. Strong colors combined with floral prints will give the warm and feminine touch.

    Geometry and Monochrome

The spring-summer 2018 collection of Puntamar - to be presented at the next edition of Colombiamoda - fuses Victorian inspiration with an architectural and graphic air through monochromatic assemblies that will add a visual and tactile component to the garments. Complement details such as long sleeves, pleats and knots. Predominate deep necklines, straight cuts and geometric.

    When buying, do not forget...

Choose the swimwear with which you feel comfortable and can enjoy all summer activities without insecurities.

Not all trends are for all women. It is important to know the sizes and silhouettes that favor you.

The black color for both the bathing dress and the cover up is a must in the closet, as it will always be elegant and current.

Take risks for different designs. The use of the bathing suit is now wider and it would be ideal to buy the piece according to the occasion of use.

Know the garments and their different care to give them greater life. Do not wash with warm water or softeners so as not to weaken the licras; do not use bleach or strong chemicals to avoid color alterations, be careful of rough surfaces, always store with ventilation.

High heels can be a woman's best friends, helping her look taller, leaner and safer. In any case, walking with high heels can be a little tricky, especially if you're not used to it. But do not worry, learning to walk without fear in high heels only requires a little practice. Follow these tips and in no time you'll be strutting with 5-inch heels like a catwalk model!

    Method 1

    Improve your technique

Take small steps. Walking with high heels is not like when you learned to walk at a young age, so you
will have to do a few things that may seem counter-logical: Take small, slow steps, making sure you do not bend your knees any more than you normally would. You will notice that high heels tend to shorten your stride. The higher the heel, the shorter the stride. Do not try to fight this by taking bigger steps, continue with the small and delicate ones that will make your walk seem more natural and will help you to feel more comfortable.

2 Walk from heel to tip. The goal is to walk as normal as possible is your high heels. When you walk in flat shoes, you do not walk with the toes or put your whole foot at once, right? So, do not do it with heels either. Put your heel first on the floor, followed gently by your fingers. Then, once your weight is on the pads of your feet, slide your weight forward as if you are walking on tiptoe, and take the next step.

3 Improve your posture. Walking well with high heels depends on maintaining a good posture. If you stoop or drag your feet while walking, the first thing you do is thwart the purpose of walking in high heels, and the goal is to look comfortable and safe! To achieve the perfect posture:
Imagine an invisible string keeping your head straight. Your head should be aligned with your spine and your chin parallel to the ground. Avoid looking down when walking in high heels!
Pull shoulders back and down and keep arms relaxed at sides. Gently wiggle your arms as you walk for balance.
Keep your abdominal muscles tight, bringing your belly button "to the spine". This will help you stay
    upright and look smarter.
Bend your knees slightly, never stay straight when you walk in high heels. Keep your legs together while you walk and your feet straight.

4 Imagine walking on an invisible line. The catwalk models usually cross one foot just in front of the other to wiggle the hip further. Many women wear high heels to be sexy, so it may be good to add a little wiggle to your walking. The best way to wiggle while wearing high heels is to make it look like you walk on an imaginary straight line or a "tightrope."
One foot should go directly in front of the other, with the points pointing to the front. This way of walking may require more practice to perfect it, but the results are worth it.
Check out some videos of catwalk models to see how the pros are parading, and then try to imitate it.
Keep in mind that the catwalk models tend to over-exaggerate your walking, so you'll want to soften it a bit for your day-to-day life!

5 Practice putting your heels at home. Wear your heels all day at home before going outside. This will not only allow you to get used to them, but will also slightly wear the sole so they do not slip so much.
Make sure you practice all the things you normally do when walking, such as: walking, stopping, turning and turning.

6 Soften your high heels. If you do not soften your shoes before putting them on the first time, you will get blisters. Softening your shoes is important as it removes stiffness and helps them conform to the shape of your feet. Bringing them home should be enough to soften them, but you can also try:
Exposing your shoes to different surfaces: You'll probably walk at some point through tiled floors, rugs and slippery wooden floors while wearing heels, so try to perfect them all.
Dancing: If you plan to wear heels to a disco or party where you know you want to dance, then dance at your own pace in the privacy of your home until you find yourself comfortable dancing with your heels.
Down stairs. It is a skill that you definitely have to master, and stairs are the places of greatest mishap
when wearing heels. Place your entire foot on each step while lowering, but support only the toe on each step when you climb. Just in case, grab the handrail.

7 Wear your heels to get out. Walking with heels indoors is very different from walking with them down the street. Without the soft surface of the carpets or floor, even the interior surfaces like linoleum or wood, walking with heels can be ten times more difficult.
Even the smallest damage to the asphalt or scratches on the pavement can present difficulties, so try to walk from top to bottom, outside your house a few times, taking special care to avoid uneven surfaces.
A good place to practice after you have become accustomed to your home is the supermarket. Use the
    car to balance yourself!

8 Practice staying still with heels. Not only will you need to learn how to walk with heels, but you also need to know how to be quiet with them. It may seem easy, but many women do not know what to do with their feet when they pose for photographs or stand talking during an event. This is where having comfortable shoes is very important, as you will not want to spend the uncomfortable afternoon changing the weight from one foot to another.
To keep you properly in heels, keep your heel on one foot by touching the middle of the other, creating a small angle.
Support the weight on the toes that you place behind, and when you feel tired, change the postures of the feet so that the weight falls to the opposite.

Sammy Margo of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists says that the ideal is to move from a high shoe to a flat shoe gradually; That is, if you always wear heels, start wearing low shoes for half an hour each day, and increase your use gradually.
According to Mike O'Neill, a spokesman for the Chiropodist Society, he says that both calf pain and Achilles' heel can appear a few days after he starts wearing flat shoes. Apparently, the problem could arise because the low shoes have no way to cushion the blows and impacts that the foot suffers; which, after continued use, leads to a condition known as plantar fasciitis

Low-heeled shoes are always preferable to high-heeled shoes, yet they are damaging because they do not provide good support for the heel or heel. When flat shoes are used consistently, you can suffer from:

    • ·         Achilles tendon tension
    • ·         Pain in calf muscles
    • ·         Heel pain
    • ·         Flattened arch on the feet
    • ·         Problems of the ankles, lower back and hips
    • ·         Problems of posture in general

By way of summary, experts say it is best to buy a footwear that feels comfortable without getting carried away by fashion.

    Recommended shoe type

In general, the beginners do not give much importance to the type of footwear to be used during the exercise; These believe that specialized shoes are made for athletes participating in competitive sport, but this is not true. If you are walking or if you are starting a walking program, it is advisable to wear a pair of shoes that fit your foot and activity.
The walk has been imposed as a suitable means for the physical condition; Due to this, the sale of walking shoes has increased considerably in recent years.
Currently, some walking shoes also have half soles with polyurethane or ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA) mattresses, such as the most sophisticated running shoes, with a thick but light sole; some with air soles, carbon fiber systems, integrated air systems and even inertial reaction devices in the ground, or multi-training. But to buy a pair of shoes to exercise, the first thing is to know the need of the foot. If you have a neutral foot that does not turn in or out, it is best to look for shoes that are neither too rigid nor too flexible.
If the foot is pronator (has little bow and is flattened too much when standing, spending the shoes in the ends), the ideal is a shoe of rigid sole, which can be of straight form or combined.
For the extremely flat foot type, the ideal is a combined form with stabilizing strips. This shoe will give greater stability if your rattle is straight; also favor the external strips, since they reinforce the  against heel.
If the foot is supinator (high arches and rotate less inwards after treading), a shoe with good stability in the back of the foot and shock absorption is recommended; feet with large arches are usually stiffer and require greater cushioning of the impact. Also, when testing these shoes consider the type of surface you are going to walk on. The flat, less-traction-oriented soles are suitable for walking in urban centers and for running a few kilometers on the streets.

    Tips for buying shoes
    ·
    • .  Try both shoes and walk around the store.
    • ·         Do not rush, try at least 5 different models to compare the fit. Look for snuggling on the tongue and around the bandage.
    • ·         Make sure the sole is flexible at the point where the foot is flexed.
    • ·         Choose shoes with removable insoles, to replace with devices if necessary.
    • ·         Leave a space of 1.5 cm. in front of the toes when standing.
    • ·         Try the shoes after a routine or in the afternoon, when the feet are more heavily loaded at that time. Comfortable heel fit so that the foot does not slip. (SHAPE, 1992).
